And I finally got this done in color! Not much to say really. Been trying a few new things in this with little success which is going to lead me to revert to some older practices. What I did add was a sligh variation effect to add a bit more color. I was tempted to play significantly with more extreme color variations as well as brightness and contrast effects but I thought it would be better if I didnt break so hard with my usual colors.
If you want to see the actual Lineart before I got to color it: <da:thumb id="410765846">fav.me/d6sk4ye
And aside from ID update I did, this is my first major coloring work since I got my Computer back. So I got a bunch of drawings to color.
I hope you guys like it. More to come soon
I mean, look at that newspaper on the group there! LOOK AT IT!
There are of course areas you can improve upon, but your use of foreshortening and perspective is really good, as well as the coloring.
If you could point me out the areas I could work upon in the future, I'd be very grateful.
Im glad you do like it as it is right now.
You perception shape for drawing them is very good. If I remember correctly, you (use to at least) used rulers and everything to make it perfect.
I think when it comes to coloring, you could do a better job when incorporating the lines into the coloring. Make the lines art less obvious n stuff. You seem to be doing it for the soldier pretty well. (I hope I am making sense)
So yeah it's a bit hard not to relate to that with my pics.
Too many people are already working in it or are studying to be part of that and related industries.
Simply said, there's no work available there. So I aint bothering pursuing a dream that cannot be realized.
You're work often looks like a screenshot from a well done anime.
But I appreciate the thought. Im glad you like it.
The picture turned out very good. I realy like the shadow, movement and smoke effects. The degree of detail of shadows and light effects is very high and gives the image a very good 3d effect. I'm very curious how the other pictures will turn out. Carry on with this good work and have fun creating it.
The kathe pic is probably not going to be so awesome but the kahoru picture... hohohoh.... that's gonna be fun to do.
This is amazing, Panzer, as always! I gotta learn how to draw like you!
But whatever style you choose, there's only one secret (Which is not to secret) towards improvement. And that is practice. Draw a lot.
i really should do more action scenes like these
You and andy should do similar pieces as well. It's great practice for combining various effects and elements in a single picture.
