Description

Lieutenant Ryan slowly turned her head towards Lance Corporal Peterson with a face of disbelief to what the Corporal had just said.

"WHAT YOU MEAN 'I DID NOT SIGNED UP FOR THIS SHIT'?! THIS IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF SHIT YOU SIGNED UP FOR!!!"

After that day LCpl Peterson made it into Ryan's official shitlist.

I drew this in November of 2013, started coloring it in March of 2014.... and I've finished it in January of 2017...

Well that is quite the wait for this picture which I'm glad to show it's now over. I decided to work on this abandoned project last November but time ran out before I had to leave for Germany so I couldn't resume work on this project then. But as soon as I got back I did just that. Shockingly enough I was not that far from actually finishing it. I did introduce a number of changes to the way I colorize pictures since I started working on this, but I chosed not to implement them in this one because a lot of progress had already been made to just change the style alltogether. So I worked on this following my old coloring technique. I did however tried to put as much work into detail as I could.

Drawing wise I'm rather happy with it but I think I could have done better with the pose of Kathe Ryan.

Next in the queue would be a Tomogi comic I drew while I was in Germany. That should prove to be fun to do :D After that I may have to start drawing a few more linearts to scan... that or jump into Kahoru's combat picture: :thumb416084718: fav.me/d6vq50u

That one however I will paint it in the way I painted the NVA soldier girl picture.

Anyways I do hope you guys like it. :aww:

I'll see you in the Battlefield! :salute:

It's true. Once you sign the dotted line you're no longer a civilian. You're cannon fodder for Uncle Sam's war machine.

Being in the military has greater benefits than civilian life but also carries much greater risk.
